The Big News..

Hoping you are having a good day at work.. We wish you every good thing that your heart desires..! Thank you for being there.

We just want to let you know that today, we got another student enrolled for some Engineering and Networking Skills at a Computer Training School in Ishaga, Iju area.. Fully Sponsored. We want to appreciate everyone who made this possible. Thank you!

Attached herewith are some photographs of interest. ;)  The first one shows some copies of the Film we received from our friend and Actor. Once again, our appreciation goes to Bara Production etc. *winks*. Thank you! We hope it impacts everyone who watches the movies.
The second photograph shows some three young men (in theBigNews) who showed up at our Resource Centre yesterday so as to acquire some skills and have access to books. They would be with us for the next three months...!

The Big News really is that the 2013 GCE Application form is out...and we hope to support 15young people to register for this year examination. Howbeit, it is so worrisome that the application form fee has been highly inflated! The last time we checked it was N6,700, and that was last year when we got for SEVENTEEN Students...This year, most cyber centres are registering for N11,000 per candidate!!!!. It's absolutely worrisome. :/ Pls, let us know if you would like to sponsor a child for this examination…

And, the last photograph shows...Moyosore Ekundayo….another great Friend and Youth Mentor from New Zealand! That was him some 3years back when he visited Nigeria and decided to tour some schools with us to impact youth, positively. We really had some good time, visiting schools and meeting with young people… This weekend, he is getting married, and we want to wish him- a very hApPy Married Life!! Please, extend warm wishes to him here: He has been terrific…and His dad. Who also did the same when he visited Nigeria, same year. Special Shout outs to the Ekundayos..Thank YOU.

Thank you for reading.
Best Regards,

RSN Team

Last three years, we had a similar case where one of our girls was also 'abandoned' in the church for spiritual healing. She had her legs swollen as a result of the illness. It was a mild fracture, mama assured us. Everything would be fine. Haaa! Fracture? But this is not an hospital. Swiftly, with friends help, we got them moved to a hospital where it was diagnosed that our little friend had kidney problem. She spent more than 4months in the hospital! Today she is alive and in JSS 1.

Sadly, when people resolve to goin…
