Another Child's Got A Sponsor? Yes..

Good Day,   It is a very cool evening from here. We are hoping that you had a fantastic day at work, too! Thank you for all you do for young people. Truly, we would not have been able to achieve much without your great support. It means so much to us all, Thank you. God Bless you, always!   Just A Quick Update, Please   Thus far, we have registered 9 (qualified) less privileged students for the 2013 GCE. And, we have one slot left. Our zillion thanks to YOU -Mr. S.A & Mrs. ‘Anonymous’ for the huge Support! It makes a whole lot of difference.   Tomorrow, some of our sponsored kids would be having their End-of-Session party. We hope to send you some update. Interestingly, one of them is in the drama group.. We just learnt that little Blessing would be acting the role of a Nurse tomorrow! Woohooo!!  :D PS: Blessing is the 5years Old little girl who got a Sponsor (Mr. Belo) some few months back.   Perhaps this might interest you too that, Basit –the pioneer beneficiary of our Primary Education Sponsorship Scheme would be moving to Primary 2! He is no longer the 10year old boy in Nursery 2. How time flies, really…J Already, we have received a note from his School Management that we’ve got a total bill of N69, 100 (School Fees + Textbooks + Notebooks + Summer School + Christmas Party) for his next class.   We got the following mail this afternoon from a potential Sponsor and we thought it good enough to share…with you.   I made a covenant with God to sponsor a child if i get a summer job and yes i got not just 1 but 2 summer jobs. I know how it feels not to be able to pay ones fees or go to school. I have been there myself it was friends and the church that paid my fees and saw me through school at a point prostitution was almost the only optional. Anyway that is a story for another day. Thanks for your prayers…   As a New Academic begins in few weeks time, we are hoping to get more Sponsors for our kids…It’s “One Child-One Sponsor” and we encourage Sponsors to support a child’s education for at least two years for the child’s stability. Pls, let us know if you would be willing to be a Child’s Sponsor, too. We have got some kids on our waiting list. We need Sponsors.   Thank you, everyone for all you do.   Sincerely,
