A Girl's #ChristmasWish

#Girl #Education

In this part of the world, it's almost a tradition for the Girl-Child to defer her admission into Higher Institution JUST because mama couldn't pay school bills for more than one children at once, hence, the bigger brother, especially would get the PASS mark to further his education, while the girl child seats at home, keeping hope alive!!!!

This evening, a lovely young friend and victim of such situation came a-visiting... Kemi attended our last summer computer training program for young people in rural community some months back!

Interestingly, she's written and passed her WAEC, JAMB and Post-JAMB exams. And, she's been offered admission to study Mass Communication in two different Polytechnic: Kwara State Poly and MKO Abiola Poly.

Sadly, Kemi has been told to seat back!!!! while her BIG brother who also got an admission to study Accountancy, furthers his career ambition!!! I am so so uncomfortable with this tradition. Aarrrgh.

Already, Kemi has lost one of the admissions, however, she got just few more days to ACT, else, the Second admission would slip off.

Her #ChristmasWish is to get a Sponsor, so she could pay the Acceptance Fee of N25,500 and School Fees N54,800.

Any Sponsor in the House, please? Her number: +2348161136164. Thanks, Thanks!
