The Lagos State Commissioner For Wealth Creation & Employment Visits Japan Embassy Funded Project

On Saturday, 1st of September, We had the Lagos State Commissioner For Wealth Creation and Employment, Honourable  Uzamat Akinbile, Visits Ikola Primary Health Care Centre to Assess the Level of Support and intervention accorded by the Japan Embassy.

After a tour round the facility in company of Mrs. Tosin Taiwo, Founder of Street to School Initiative, the Commissioner expressed her commendation for a job well done, and expressed her appreciation to the Japanese Government.


The funded project which includes the renovation of Ikola primary healthcare facility, procurement of medical and office equipment, provision of 15KVA Mikano Generating Set and lots more.  The project was kicked off on the 23rd of April, 2018 with Street to School Initiative as the implementing Partner.


On behalf of the children and vulnerable women in the community, we extend our warm appreciation to the Japanese government for the timely intervention, as we look forward to the commissioning exercise.
