Akinwunmi Ambode Library: by La Roche Foundation.

"A library is the delivery room for the birth of ideas, a place where history comes to life. The library is the temple of learning, and learning has liberated more people than all the wars in history. If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need."

Did You Miss Our School Commissioning Update? Read This..

On Tuesday, 9th of April, 2019. Ikola Odunsi community in Alimosho LGA, Lagos state was agog at the commissioning of a tuition free school for out-of-school kids & primary school drop outs in the community. #An initiative of Street to School (NGO).

For some time, the old rickety school structure which accommodates close to 200 pupils from different communities was totally in poor shape (as shown in an attached photograph). The structure, which was made of aluminium material couldn't help the hot, sunny spell of temperature degree of 27-30. It was becoming so unbearable. Apparently, it was not conducive for learning anymore.
However, Thankfully on the 4th of March 2019, we had one of our friends showed up to help. His plan was to rebuild the entire school structure in commemoration of his 40th birthday! So within a space of 4weeks. We had a new structure. A new school.
Amongst the Guest of Honour was Mr. Sanni Yinka, the Regional CEO of Stanbic IBTC, West Africa. Also, we had …
