Exciting Transition.

Meanwhile in other news, we're having these three children, write the Lagos State Common Entrance Examination come June, 2016.. It's exciting to see them transit from out-of-school children to scholars, preparing for high school.  #ThisIsOurMission #EveryChildDeservesAChance

Yesterday, we received the laptops and Can't wait to start some training sessions with #Out-of-School children.  
This is life changing support, received. This is awesome, timely.  Absolutely! Thank you, once again.

This day in 2006, I left home for the mandatory one-year National Youth Service -NYSC in Kogi state. #TenYears#StillThankful.

Yes, this was where my involvement in social works, began... And, my passion for database programming dwindled...! *blinks*winks*smiles* smile emoticon

Aside working in the church as my primary place of assignment, I endeavoured to reach out daily to young people, women in my immediate environment, most especially the physically challenged. Conducting career seminars, skills acquisition training programing, etc. It was fun.

As shown in the photographs, my personal Community Development programs were:
1. Awarding Best Students from 7 Independent Schools (Junior and Senior Classes).
2. Awarding mobility aid appliances (wheelchair etc) to persons with disabilities. It was my first experience..*winks*..

Compulsory Primary Textbooks: CHECKED!

Today, we got another wish granted, as over 100 primary textbooks (English and Mathematics) were distributed to the children in the academy, freely!. ‪#‎nonprofitschool‬.

Special thanks to Mr. Anonymous for the donation and to Ajoke Omoware?? You are kind..Thank you for the referral.
Now, lack of textbooks for 95% of the children isn't a problem any more as It's been checked, today.

Yomi volunteers to teach children Agricultural Science.
Every week, she is present at our non-profit school to teach the children. Impacting lives, positively.
