Happy 8th Anniversary, Comenius Schools!!!

In March, 2015, when we realized the growing population of out-of-school children in a community in Alimosho, we decided to do something about it. While the organization -Street to School Initiative has been in existence before 2015. This week, It has been eight academic years of running a free school - Comenius Nursery & Primary School and we are MOST thankful for every seemingly little blessing!! We are thankful for the opportunity to serve and for every support, received. With over 200 children in high school, we are so thrilled! Indeed, it takes a village to raise a child.

Secondly, In March 2019, when our school environment was not conducive for learning due to the corrugated sheets that were used as classroom walls, we had a total overhauling and reconstruction of the entire school. Thanks immensely to Mr. Tunde Majiyagbe for coming through for us. We are thankful, still. 

 We opened a school to close prison doors and help children explore their greatness! To raise bars and stars 🙏
